New List of Lebanese detained by Syrian Army in Lebanon, in addition to Names of Lebanese transferred to Syrian prisons by Lebanese militias loyal to Syria. This list was submitted to the United Nation Committee for Human Rights, State of Vatican, International Human rights organizations, Governments of E.U

Detained in Syria since 1990 (After the war):

-Ally Issa : soldier in the Lebanese Army,  26 feb. 1999

-Mouhamad Al Shoufy : soldier in the L. Army, 3 Mars 1999

-Izzat Yassin : Soldier in the L. Army, 13 sept. 1999

-Najib Youssef Jaramany: School Bus driver, Born 1956, Married, He has 5 children kidnapped in 24 jan. 1997

-Rashid Hassan : kidnapped feb. 1997.

-Abdallah Ahmad Shahaddeh: employee in the ministry of education, kidnapped 8 sept. 1997

-Bassam George Semaan: kidnapped 1996

-Ally Farhat : soldier in the L. Army, kidnapped 1995

-George Ayoub Shalawit: kidnapped 30 Mars 1994. (Tadmur Prison)

-Nimr Naddaf: soldier in the L. Army 27 July 1994.

-Nabil George Semaan: kidnapped 5 July 1994.

-Tony George Tamer: kidnapped 7 July 1993 (Tadmur Prison).

-Samir Mikael Al Hajj: Married , and has three children, kidnapped in 1993 , currently in Tadmur prison .

-Nabil Fawaz : Kidnepped 1993.

-Joseph Amine Houyaiis: kidnapped 2 June 1992 (20 Years hard labour).

-Milad Shehady Barakat: Wady Shahrour village, 19 April 1992.

-Khadija Yihya Boukhara: Singer, kidnapped from Beirut Airport 28 April 1992.

-Dany Mansouraty: Merchant , kidnapped in Damascus 9 May 1992.

-Boutrous Khawand: 15  Sept. 1992

-George Aziz Mahfouz: kidnapped 19 Dec. 1991 from Tripoli in North Lebanon.

Lebanese Army soldiers kidnapped on 13th of Oct. 1990 after the battle between Syrian and Lebanese  Armies in Beirut :

-Johny Salem Nassif (His mother saw him in Mazze prison for one time), Marwan Al Zoughby, Mickael Youssef Hasbany, Joseph Azar, Elie Saad Haddad, Elie Youssef Aoun. The Lebanese ministry of defence confirmed the presence of the  above names in Syrian prisons in memo number  9399-ad-mm. On 27 Sept. 1990.

-Fouad Assaker.

-Marwan Farres.

-Michel George Al Batteeh.

Adel Youssef Doumit.

-George Metanious Bashour.

-Jack Hanna Nakhoul.

-Tanious Kamil Al Habber ( His father visited him for one time in Syrian prison).

-Antoine Zakhour Zakhour: The Lebanese ministry of defence confirmed his presence in Syrian prison in 22 Oct. 1990.( His father visited him in Mazze prison for one time).

Priests Kidnapped on the 13th of Oct. 1990:

-Father Albert Shirfan.

-Father Souleiman Aby Khalil .

the two Antoinetes brothers were kidnapped from Deir Al Kalaa Monestry East of Beirut with their old servant Victoria Dakkash. The Syrian Army claim that they died in the battle, But the neighbors of the monestry insist that they talked to them after the battle.

No evidences support the Syrian claims, while many sources insist that they were arrested by the Syrian special forces because they tried to hide a group of Lebanese Soldiers running away from the Syrian Army. Some of the soldiers are Tanious Kamil Al Haber & Antoine Zakhour, Who proved to be in Syrian prisons.

The Druze people of Qournayel town in Matn area insist that they have seen the two priests with other Lebanese detainees in a Syrian Army convoy.

*Released detainees confirm that all 13th of Oct 1990 Detainees are in Tadmur prison.

-Raiif Fouad Dagher: kidnapped by "Hizb-Allah" in 6 June 1990.

-Elie Khalil Mansour: 10 June 1990 from Saida.

-Jamal Abdel Salam Yassine Bayrouty: Businessman, kidnapped 10 March 1989.

-Abdel Hafiz Oulaiyan: 1 Feb. 1989.

-Moustafa Kenaan: 2 Feb. 1989.

-Milad Naoum Al Khoury: 16 May 1989.

-Khaled Said Farhat: 6 June 1989.

-George Emile Zaher: 7 August  1989.

-Claude Augoust Jirar: 4 Oct. 1989.

-Tony Youssef Metanious Mattar: 25 Dec. 1988.

-Elias Ibrahim Jirjis: 1988.

-Shamel Housseoin Kenaan: Soldier in the Lebanese Army kidnapped 16 June 1986.( In Tadmur prison)

-Ahmad Abd Al rassoul Daboouk: 6 Nov. 1986.

-Dr. Girgy Malek Hanna: proffesor in the Lebanese university kidnapped on 10 Sept. 1985.

-Rashid Ahmad Al Khalil: Kidnapped by "Abou Moussa" Palastenian group loyal to Syria , he was later transffered to Syrian prisons.

-Shukrallah Touma, Jack Abi Mourad, & Albert Nicola kidnapped together on the 13th of 1985.

-George Joseph Al Asmar: kidnapped by the Syrian National Party on 9 Feb. 1985, then transferred to Syrian prisons.

-Said Foud Al Khabbaz: march 1985.

-Saba Naja Asaker: 18 April 1985.

-Habib Nabil Abi Abdalla: businessman kidnapped 25 April 1985.

-Qouzhaya Karam Dagher: 28 April 1985.

-Robert Marwan Abou souleiman: Policeman kidnapped 28 April 1985.

-Florence Michel Raad: Journalist with double nationality French-Lebanese , She was kidnapped by "Hizb- Allah" in 1985 then transferred to the Syrian intelligence.  

-Claude Hanna Khoury: soldier in the Lebanese army kidnapped 20 June 1985.

-Jeries Elias Kassis: 20 June 1985.

-Elias Nicola Al shaieb: 19 Aug. 1985.

-Victor Binny Farhat: kidnapped on August 1985, Eye witness confirmed that he is in Tadmur prison .

-Tanious Jirjis Elias: 19 Aug. 1985.

-Jirjis Nimr Jirjis: Soldier in the Leb. Army kidnapped Nov. 1985.

-Ibrahim Khalil Haddad: 9 July 1985.

-Malek Yasin Agha Kalthoum: kidnapped in 1984.

-Amine Ghabriel Al Dik: 18 Feb. 1984.

-Joseph Jamil Phares: Kidnapped 22 Feb. 1984.

-Elias Michel Abdel Nour: Kidnapped from Damascus airport on the 8th of March 1984.

-Nabih Youssef Isshak: kidnapped 31 March 1984.

-Youssef Nakhle Al Kallas: 26 June 1984.

-Ibrahim Melhim Jabber: 12 April 1984.

-Samir Jirjis Nassrallah: Soldier in the Lebanese Army, 26 June 1984.

-Omar Ahmad Al khodr: 7 Aug. 1984.

-Fouad Saouma Haddad, Edward Soufeir, & George Qazzy were kidnapped in Syria on Aug. 1984, when they were in a hunting trip.

-Atta Mahmoud Al Abdallah: kidnapped in 1984.

-Fady Elie Ghoulam: 30 Oct. 1984.

-Salman Aly Al ziz : kidnapped Nov. 1984.

-Karam Youssf Mourkous. Ziad Youssef Mourkous & Elie Abou Nader : Three musicians were kidnapped on the 21st  of Nov. 1984, the Syrian Military court accused them of collaborating with Israel and sent them for life Jail.

-Elias Mama Saab: kidnapped in 1984.

-Adel Kamal Dib: kidnapped by pro Syrian militia and transfeered to Syrian priasons on the 17th of Dec. 1984. Informations confirm that he is in Jail number 285(State Security service) .

-Sizar Elias Kaisar Eid: University student, 22 Jan. 1984.

-Karim Maroun Shahla: 28 Oct. 1983.

-Amer Ahmad Al tourkoumany: 25 Oct. 1983.

-Milad Habib Youssef: 29 Aug. 1983.

-Ally Mouhamad Ahmad Housein: 23 Sept. 1983.

-Eid Anoine Sarkis & Arz Antoine SArkis:  Kidnapped on the 10th of Feb. 1983.

-Charbel Tanious Zoughaib:  3 Oct. 1983.

-Issam Hassib Kiidy: kidnapped By Shiite movement loyal to Syria "Amal". Transferred to Syria on the 26 of Oct  1983. His parents and late detainees confirm that he is in Syrian prison, most probably Tadmur.

-Maroun Edward Mousalem: 4 Sept. 1983.

-Elie Ibrahim Al Sabak: 3 Sept 1983.

-Hanna Mourrad Solaiman:  kidnapped  1982.

-Houssein Khodr Omeirat:  1982.

-Hassoun Amine Hassoun: 2 Nov. 1982.

-George Elias Lahhoud: 2 Nov. 1982.

-George Youssef Abi Nakkad: 1982.

-Walid Mouhamad Zarkout: Married, and soldier in the Lebanese customs, kidnapped in 1982.

-Edward Kamil Al Khoury: 16 Mar.  1982.

-Antoine Ghaleb Khazaka: Kidnapped by the Syrian Nationalist party and transferred to the Syrians on  21 June  1982.

-Aly Moussa Abdallah: July 1981.

-Rene Tanious Mouaad: 20 Nov. 1980.

-Qouzhaia Farid Chehwan: kidnapped from Cheka 22 July 1980.

-Istifan Massoud Iskandar: 6 Sept. 1979.

-Tanious Ibrahim Tayar: 27 May  1978.

-Fady Jirjis Karam: 1 July 1978.

-Samir Samy Ramih Saad: 6 Oct. 1967.

-Imad Najib Haidar: Kidnapped in Dec.  1976, reports confirm that he is still alive in Tadmur prison.

-Elias Emile Harmoush: kidnapped 16 Jan. 1976.

-Antoine Michel Mezher: kidnapped in 16 Jan. 1976, his parents and reports confirm that he is in Syrian prisons.

-Samih Abdel Rahman Mounaiemneh: Kidnapped 5 June 1976.

*All the cases mentioned have complete files and evidences from Different resources : Parents, ex-detainees, Syrian officers, Lebanese politicians, human rights organizations, and others.

All of this documents are ready to be presented to any one concerned in the fate of Lebanese Detainees in Syrian Prisons.
