The Supreme Constitutional Court in Turkey

Cutting the meeting line… for whom sake?

To emphasize that the decision of the Supreme Constitutional Court to dissolve the (Kurdish)  Democratic Society Party is a major political sin, not only at the level of Turkey alone, but at the level of the: the Turkish-  Iraqi-  Iranian- Syrian quadripartite, is not an interference in the Turkish affairs

A Sin that comes in as a continuation or resumption of the policy followed by the  Union and Progress Party against the components of the Ottoman Empire contributed significantly to the breakup of the total nation-state.

Apart from Abdullah Ocalan, the PKK, and the Democratic Society Party, which was dissolved; there is a general Kurdish grievance occurred on this component in the fabric of the Muslim nation since it has separated a part. A grievance that requires that the wise people of each side and in every bloc to approach wisely, carefully, fairly, and with altruism

It is not fair to give our Kurdish brothers in exchange for a tragic reality a sweet talk and prospective promise, while their areas suffer from all types of marginalization, and their culture is seen from above by chauvinists who do not see in the mirror of civilization but their national mega-esteem.

It was an essential and necessary approach that was carried out by the Turkish government. An approach to restore confidence that was battered by the looking down racist practices, not only in Turkey , but in the region as a whole. Restoring confidence through rehabilitation at all levels, and progressing in practical steps as well to achieve justice and national equality.

That approach deserved the opportunity, regardless of the datum on which the Turkish Constitutional Court has built its judgments. Perhaps the success of the Turkish government in its approach presented a practical model in dealing with the Kurdish fact in the whole region. And I say the Kurdish fact because we must look to the Kurdish presence in our midst as humanitarian and cultural reality, not as a problem. Kurds are real partners, partners of history and are today's partners and they will remain partners of the future. Like the rest of the people involved in the manufacture of civilization and culture, gave birth to the leaders and heroes, and offered martyrs and sacrifices, they did all this as active cells in our vitro.

the Aborting the approach that the Turkish government has been aimed, misses the opportunity, closes the prospects for the future, and express a contempt for human rights and the rights of human brotherhood and national partnership. a contempt that is based on the reckless arrogance of materialistic force that thinks that it can always suppress the will of the peoples and to make its people sects, and beat some of them using the others as Pharaoh did before.

Turkey 's highest court judgment is a kind of circumvention Turkish democracy through the Kurdish section. The Union's and promotion policies have subscribed before a centenary in the division and partition on the region, will any of the grandsons fragment the Turkish Republic with the same policies?!.
