تضامني مع شيخ المعتقلين شبلي
العيسمي نحن
أبناء سورية ، وكأبناء محافظة
السويداء خصوصاً . نطالب
المنظمات الحقوقية والانسانية
المحلية والعربية والعالمية
بالكشف عن مصير السياسي المخضرم
الاستاذ شبلي العيسمي الذي
أختفى قسرا من عالية – لبنان
بتاريخ 24-5-2011 بعد عملية اختطاف
منظمة تمت بدعم مباشر وبرضى
وقبول النظام السوري. شبلي
العيسمي من مواليد عام 1925 سورية
/ السويداء ، بدأ العمل الحزبي
في عام 1943 وشغل منصب عضو قيادة
قطرية في حزب البعث العربي
الاشتراكي عام 1956 واصبح امين
عام مساعد للحزب في عام 1964 وتسلم
عدة وزارات منذ العام 1963 حتى 1966
وهي الاصلاح الزراعي والتربية
والتعليم والثقافة والارشاد ثم
اصبح نائبا لرئيس الجمهورية عام
1966 . وفي النصف الثاني عام 1966 ترك
شبلي العيسمي قسريا الاراضي
السورية بعد الانقلاب العسكري
لصلاح جديد والذي جاء بحافظ
الاسد كوزيراً للدفاع. وبناءً
عليه، نحن الموقعون أدناه نطالب
بالكشف عن مصير الأستاذ شبلي
العيسمي المختطف من قبل النظام
السوري،ونحمّله المسؤولية
الكاملة عن أي مكروه يتعرّض
له،خاصة وأنه شارف على التسعين
من عمره، ونطالب جميع المنظمات
الإنسانية المحلية والعالمية
بدعمنا ومساندتنا للضّغط على
النظام دوليّاً ودبلوماسيّاً
وحقوقيّاً وإنسانياً
وإعلاميّاً من أجل إطلاق سراحه
فوراً. ............................................... o We the

Shibli Alayssami. Mr. Alayssami was forcibly abducted
from Alley It has
been known to all, that this kidnapping was under the
direct support of the current Syrian regime. Shibli
Alayssami was born in 1925 in Syria, Sweida and began
his political work in 1943; he served as a member of the
local Arab Baath Party in 1956 and became vice secretary
general of the party in 1964 Between the years of 1963
and 1966 he served as minister of Agriculture ,
education, and culture . He then became vice president
of Accordingly,
we the undersigned demand the disclosure of the current
condition of Mr. Alayssami. As he was kidnapped by the
Syrian regime, the Syrian regime therefore bears full
responsibility for any harm suffered by Shibli
Alayssami. Especially due to his fragile condition as he
was nearing ninety years of age. We call
upon all local and international humanitarian
organizations to support us and apply pressure on the
regime internationally through legal and diplomatic ways
to help support this humanitarian cause. It is also
important for the involvement of the media to help
spread the word of our cause. To make it clear to the
Syrian regime that the free world will not tolerate this
human right abuse of its own people. ............................................................ Au nom de
tous les Syriens et des habitants de la province de
Sweida en particulier, nous adressons une lettre ouverte
à toutes les organisations humanitaires et juridiques
en mesure d'y répondre afin d'attirer l'attention sur
la situation alarmante du politicien Chebly al-Aysami.
Celui-ci a été victime d'un enlèvement le 24 mai 2011
à Aley au Liban, dont la responsabilité incombe
manifestement au régime syrien de Bashar al-Assad. Chebly
al-Aysami est né en 1925 à Sweida, en Syrie. Se
destinant très tôt à la politique, il rejoint le
partie socialiste arabe « Hezb al-Baath » en 1956 et
en a été nommé secrétaire général adjoint dès
1964, avant de s'élever finalement au poste de
ministre, successivement responsable de la réforme
agraire, de l'éducation puis de la culture entre 1963
et 1966. Cette même année, il devient vice-président
de la République Arabe Syrienne, poste qu'il occupera
moins d'une année : Chebly al-Aysami a été forcé de
quitter son pays quelques années avant le coup d'état
militaire réalisé par Hafez al-Assad, alors que la
situation politique commençait à se détériorer. Nous,
soussignés "La Commission pour la Coordination de
la Province de Sweida", demandons que soit explicité
le sort du politicien Chebly al-Aysami, enlevé par le régime
syrien, comme l'ont révélé sans ambiguïtés diverses
sources d'information. Nous tenons ce dernier pour
responsable de la vie de Mr. Al-Aysami, dont la
situation physique est délicate, son âge approchant
les quatre-vingt-dix ans. Nous
appelons toutes les organisations humanitaires, ainsi
que les soutiens locaux et internationaux disponibles,
à nous aider à faire pression sur le régime avec tous
moyens dont ils disposent (diplomatiques, juridiques,
humains...) et à mobiliser les médias autant que
possible pour sa libération la plus immédiate.
