مستقبل الولايات المتحدة يعتمد على النفط

يجب علينا أن نفهم أن المعركة التي نخوضها حالياً هي أكبر بكثير من العراق فقط. إن ما سيحدث السنة القادمة سوف يؤثر على هذه البلد (أمريكا) و على الكيفية التي سيعيشها أولادنا و أحفادنا و المراحل التي تلي ذلك.

إن التطرف الإسلامي يهاجم الغرب منذ القرن السابع. و تمت هزيمته في الماضي و أخذ طريقه للتعافي من الهزيمة المئات من السنين. و لكن من المستحيل أن يهزم بشكل كامل وكلي.

إن نسب المواليد عندهم أكبر بكثير من النسب الموجودة في العالم المتحضر في الوقت الذي يحاولون فيه استعادة قوتهم و السيطرة من جديد.

أن هناك 8 دول ترعى الإرهاب و تشكل تهديداً للغرب. اثنتان منهما السعودية و باكستان بحاجة الى ضغط قوي من الغرب من أجل التوصل إلى إصلاح أساسي. وهم بحاجة الى أن يقرروا من الذي يريدون دعمه فعلياً و أن يلتزموا بذلك الدعم.

ان الإجابة بسيطة. ان كلا الدولتين ستدعمان من تعتقدان أنه سيثبت حتى النهاية ويفوز. و نحن لا نبعث بإشارات جيدة في ذلك الاتجاه في الوقت الحالي, و الفضل في ذلك يعود للديمقراطيين.

الدول الستة الأخرى , العراق و إيران و سوريا و كوريا الشمالية و ليبيا سوف تكون بحاجة الى تغيير في الأنظمة أو تحول سياسي رئيسي. و الآن دعونا ننظر عن قرب أكثر ...

أفغانستان والعراق حصل فيهما تغيير في النظام, ولكن يتم إشعال الوضع فيهما من قبل عناصر خارجية قادمة سوريا وإيران.

لقد نجحنا في إثارة رعب القذافي, و قد استسلم فيما يتعلق في مساعيه الرامية الى امتلاك الأسلحة النووية, ولذلك فلا أعتقد أن ليبيا تشكل تهديداً في الوقت الحالي.

كوريا الشمالية (التهديد غير الإسلامي) من الممكن التعامل معها بالطرق الدبلوماسية من خلال رشوتها. و هذا يبقي لدينا كلاً من سوريا و إيران في المشهد.

ان سوريا تبدو مثل جرو خائف. وبدون دعم إيران فان سوريا سوف تنضم للطرف الأقوى. إذا أين يقودنا هذا الأمر؟

عاجلاً أو آجلاً فإننا سوف نكون مضطرين لمواجهة إيران, و من الأفضل ان يتم لك قبل حصولها على القدرة النووية الكاملة.

في عام 1989, قامت إيران والعراق برشق بعضهما بالصواريخ لعدة شهور, و قد أدى ذلك الى مقتل الآلاف من كلا الطرفين. كما أنهم استخدموا الغازات السامة ضد بعضهم البعض, لماذا؟

ان ذلك يعود الى أنهما كانتا تتصارعان للسيطرة على الشرق الأوسط و على إمدادات النفط الكبيرة هناك.

 وفي ذلك الوقت, كانوا مشغولين بمشاكلهم الداخلية و كان اهتمامهم قليلاً جداً بالإطاحة بالغرب. و كانت أسعار النفط مستقرة تقريباً و لم يكن ممكناً لنا ان نرى أو نشعر بتهديد مباشر.

و الآن, فان أسوأ جزء فعلناه في العراق هو تجريد العراق من قدراته العسكرية. و على هذا فان لدى إيران الآن حقل واسع وواضح للسيطرة على الشرق الأوسط وذلك لأن العراق لم يعد يشكل تهديداً لهم.

إنهم مقتنعون بأنهم سوف ينتصرون و ذلك لأن الولايات المتحدة منقسمة الى أبعد الحدود, و الديمقراطيون (الذين يسيطرون حاليا على الكونغرس و قد يسيطروا على الرئاسة عام 2008) يقولون و بكل وضوح أننا سوف ننسحب.

هل لديكم أي فكرة حول ما الذي يمكن أن يحدث إذا حول الشرق الأوسط كامل دعمه لإيران , و هو الأمر الذي سيحدث بشكل واضح إذا انسحبنا ؟

انه ليس سعر النفط ما علينا أن نقلق حياله. ان البترول لن يكون متوفراً لنا بأي سعر أصلاً. أنا شخصياً سأصوت للمرشح الذي سيعمل ما عمله (جون كندي) في ما يتعلق ببرنامج الفضاء. و الذي سيعلن أن الهدف حالياً يتمثل في جعل الولايات المتحدة مستقلة استقلالاً تاماً في مجال الطاقة.

نعم أن الموضوع يدور حول النفط. ان الاقتصاد سينهار تماماً في هذا البلد إذا قطع الشرق الأوسط إمداداته لنا حالياً. وسوف لن يكون هناك تراجع بل سيكون هناك كساد اقتصادي سيجعل من العام 1929 يبدو و كأنه من الأيام الجميلة الماضية.  

بطريقة أو بأخرى, يجب إجبار إيران على الالتحاق بركب الزمن المتحضر و المجتمع الدولي. وقد يعني ذلك حرباً حقيقية , و إذا كان كذلك الوضع فان الوقت حالياً مناسب للحديث و تسليط الضغط الدولي على إيران قبل أن نضطر لمواجهة إيران ذات القدرة النووية القادرة على تدمير إسرائيل.

و الآن فان تعليقاتي الأخيرة سوف تثير الأعصاب. وسوف تكون متعلقة بالسياسات. أنا مستقل و لست ديمقراطياً أو جمهورياً. لقد قام الرئيس بوش بما يكفي من أخطاء ليضمن مشاعري حيال ذلك بقية عمري. على كل حال, الحزب الديمقراطي تحرك بعيداً جداً نحو اليسار, وجعلوني ادعم أولئك المتجهين نحو اليمين. أنا محافظ أدعم بشكل كامل دستور هذه البلاد.

هذه الجمهورية, لاحظ أنني لم اقل الديمقراطية, من بين أطول الجمهوريات الصامدة عمراً التي عرفها العالم, و لكنها حالياً معرضة للضعف. و سوف تستهلك وقتاً قصيراً لتغييرها من خلال ثورة اقتصادية.

لقد كان هناك أوقات يمكن للسياسيين أن يختلفوا فيها و لكنهم يستمرون في العمل معاً. لقد تعدينا ذلك الوقت, و هذه هي الخطوة الأولية باتجاه سقوط حكومتنا.

اعتقد أن العديدين يظهرون كراهية بوش على أنها إعادة للزمن. لقد كره الجمهوريون كلينتون و الآن فان الديمقراطيين يكرهون بوش, ان كلا الحزبين يضعون كراهيتهم باتجاه رغبتهم في فعل أي شئ للسيطرة السياسية, و التي تتضمن الكذب و المعارضة بشكل دائم بقصد المعارضة فقط.

ولكن كم هي هذه الأمور جيدة ومفيدة لبلدنا ؟

تستطيع أن تستمع الى كلام المذيعين و أناس مثل جين مارثا و نانسي بيلوسي و جون كيري و مايكل مور و جاين فوندا و هاري ريد و روس فينغولد و هيلاري كلينتون و تيد كينيدي الى آخره من القائمة التي تضم  الى ذلك مغفلين من هوليوود إذا أحببت. و إذا فعلت ذلك فان استنتاجاتك سوف تكون خاطئة كلياً. 

إنهم يضعون ظمأهم للسلطة السياسية و البحث عن نصر للعام 2008 فوق ما يعتبرون أنه الأفضل لهذه البلد (أمريكا).

أنا لا أستطيع احتمال ذلك. لقد تحدت بيلوسي القانون بذهابها الى سوريا, وهو الأمر الذي كان يجب أن يقودها الى السجن 3 سنوات إضافة الى غرامة كبيرة. جين فوندا فعلت الكثير لإطالة أمد حرب فيتنام (كما اعترف بذلك هو تشي مين في كتاباته قبل أن يموت).و لقد كان من الواجب أن تتهم بالخيانة.

لقد بدأت هذه البلاد بالضعف بسبب عدم فرضها لقوانينها, مما يمثل مؤشراً آخراً على جمهورية أوشكت على السقوط. جميع الديمقراطيين إضافة الى نخبة هوليوود يرسلوننا بتهور الى هزيمة شاملة في الشرق الأوسط, مما سيعطي إيران السيطرة الكاملة على المنطقة. ان نقص إمدادات النفط في المستقبل القريب سوف يكون القشة التي ستقصم ظهر هذه الجمهورية.

على كل حال, و إذا رفضنا حصول هذا و أخذنا موضوع الاكتفاء الذاتي في حقل الطاقة على محمل الجد فان كل ما سبق يمكن تفاديه.

أخشى, أننا نسير في الاتجاه المعاكس للاتجاه الذي يجب أن نسير فيه , و إذا سمحنا لإيران بالسيطرة على الشرق الأوسط و استمررنا في رفض التطور في حقل الطاقة النووية و رفضنا السماح بالتنقيب عن مصادر جديدة للبترول و مضينا في عدم فعل شئ إلا أن نعارض كل ما يقترحه الرئيس بوش, فإنها سوف تكون النهاية للحياة الطيبة و المرفهة في الولايات المتحدة.

و الآن, هل اعتقد أن كل من لا يدعم الحرب هو معاد لأمريكا ؟ بالطبع لا ! أنهم فقط لا يدركون أهمية النصر الشامل و الكلي في تلك المنطقة.

و هناك فشل آخر لجورج بوش يتمثل في عدم قدرته على التوضيح والشرح للشعب الأمريكي عن سبب وجودنا هناك, ولماذا يجب علينا تحقيق الانتصار. 

وعلى ذلك فانه علينا ان نختار إما أن  نحقق الاكتفاء  الذاتي في حقل الطاقة و عمل ما يجب عمله لضمان أمن مستقبلنا الاقتصادي أو أن نستعد للمضي في الحرب و إكمال العمل و البقاء على نفس الطريق التي سلكناها سابقاً و  المتمثلة في الاعتماد على النفط الأجنبي لعدة عقود.

أنا أفضل الخيار الأول, ماذا عنك ؟

Our Future Depends on Oil

Understand, the current battle we are engaged in is much bigger than just Iraq. What happens in the next year will affect this country and how our kids and grandkids live throughout their lifetime, and beyond.

Radical Islam has been attacking the West since the seventh century. They have been defeated in the past and decimated to the point of taking hundreds of years to recover. But they can never be totally defeated.

Their birth rates are so far beyond civilized world rates that in time they recover and attempt to dominate again.

There are eight terror-sponsoring countries that make up the threat to the West. Two , Saudi Arabia and Pakistan , just need firm pressure from the West to make major reforms. They need to decide who they are really going to support and commit to that support.

That answer is simple. They both will support who they think will hang in there until the end, and win. We are not sending very good signals in that direction right now, thanks to the Democrats.

The other six, Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Syria, North Korea and Libya will require regime change or a major policy shift. Now, let's look more closely...

Afghanistan and Iraq have both had regime changes, but are being fueled by outsiders from Syria and Iran.

We have scared Gaddafi's pants off, and he has given up his quest for nuclear weapons, so I don't think Libya is now a threat.

North Korea (the non-Islamic threat) can be handled diplomatically by buying them off. They are starving. That then leaves Syria and Iran .

Syria is like a frightened puppy. Without the support of Iran they will join the stronger side. So where does that leave us???

Sooner, or later, we are going to be forced to confront Iran, and it better be before they gain full nuclear capability.

In 1989, Iran and Iraq shot missiles at each other every day for months. They killed hundreds of thousand of their people. They also gassed each other, know why???

It was because they were fighting for control of the Middle East and that enormous oil supply

At that time, they were preoccupied with their internal problems and could care less about toppling the west. Oil prices were fairly stable and we could not see an immediate threat...

Well now, the worst part of what we have done as a nation in Iraq is to do away with their military capability. Now, Iran has a clear field to dominate the Middle East , since Iraq is no longer a threat to them.

They are convinced they will win because the US is so divided, and the Democrats (who now control Congress and may control the Presidency in 2008) have openly said we are Pulling out.

Do you have any idea what will happen if the entire Middle East turns their support to Iran, which they will obviously do if we pull out???

It is not the price of oil we will have to worry about. Oil will not be made available to this country at any price. I personally would vote for any Presidential candidate who did what JFK did with the space program. That is to declare a goal to bring this country to total energy independence in a decade.

Yes, it is about oil. The economy in this country will totally die if that Middle East supply is cut off right now. It will not be a recession. It will be a depression that will make 1929 look like the "good-old-days".

One way or another, Iran must be forced to join modern times and the Global community. It 'may' mean a real war--if so, now is the time to talk first and put World pressure on them, before we face a nuclear Iran with the capacity to destroy Israel .

The human race is a war-like population, and if a country is not willing to protect itself, it deserves the consequences.

Nuff-said!!!

Now, my last comments will get to the nerve. They will be on politics. I am an Independent, not a Republican nor a Democrat. George Bush has made enough mistakes as President to insure my feelings about that for the rest of my Life. However, the Democratic Party has moved so far left, they have made me support those farther to the right. I am a conservative who totally supports the Constitution of this country.

The only difference between the United States and the South American third world dictator infested and ever-changing South American governments in our hemisphere is our U.S. Constitution.

This Republic, note I did not say Democracy, is the longest standing the world has ever known, but it is vulnerable. It would take so little to change it through economic upheaval...

There was a time when politicians could disagree, but still work together. We are past that time, and that is the initial step toward the downfall of our form of government.

I think that many view Bush-hating as payback time. The Republicans hated the Clintons and now the Democrats hate Bush. So, both parties are putting their hate toward their willingness to do anything for political dominance, which includes lying and always taking the opposite stand just for the sake of being opposed.

Just how good is that for our country???

You can choose to listen to enriched newscasters, and people like John Murtha (he is no war hero), Nancy Pelosi, John Kerry (same as Murtha), Michael Moore, Jane Fonda, Harry Reid, Russ Feingold, Hillary Clinton, Ted Kennedy, and

on-and-on to include the fools in Hollywood if you like. If you do, your conclusions will be totally wrong.

The reason that I write, have my own Talk Show, appear on other radio talk shows, and do everything I can to denounce those people is simple.

They are putting their thirst for political power and quest for victory in 2008 above what is best for this country.

I cannot abide that. Pelosi clearly defied the Logan Act by going to Syria , which should have led to imprisonment of three years and a heavy fine. Jane Fonda did more to prolong the Vietnam war longer than any other human being (as acknowledged by Ho Chi Minh in his writing before he died). She truly should have been indicted for treason.

This country has started to soften by not enforcing its laws, which is another indication of a Republic about to fall. All Democrats, along with the Hollywood elite, are sending us headlong into a total defeat in the Middle East , which will finally give Iran total dominance in the region. A lack of oil in the near future will be the final straw that dooms this Republic.

However, if we refuse to let this happen and really get serious about an energy self-sufficiency program, this can be avoided.

I am afraid, however, that we are going in the opposite direction of where we need to be headed. If we carry through with allowing Iran to take control of the Middle East , continue to refuse development of nuclear energy, refuse to allow drilling for new oil, and continue to do nothing but oppose everything President Bush suggests, it will be over in terms of what we view as the good life in the USA .

Now, do I think that all who do not support the war are 'Un-American'? Of course not! They just do not understand the importance of total victory in that region...

Another failure of George Bush is his inability to explain to the American people why we are there, and why we MUST win.

So either we become Energy self sufficient and do what needs to be done to secure our own economic future, or we prepare to go to war to continue doing and being the same way we have been, depending on Foreign Oil for decades.

I prefer the first choice, how about you???
