الاستغلال الناتج عن نجاح النساء

يتم استخدام النساء للوصول إلى أعلى سلم النجاح، بجسد براق و فارغ يقدمه الإعلام، مع علم الجميع بما يجري وار الكواليس من حقيقة لا يعترف بها!

إن النساء اليوم هن القوة الضاربة و المساهم الأساسي في الكثير من القطاعات و هن مستعدات لتقبل التحديات و مواجهة أية حواجز قد تمنعهن عن تحقيق أحلامهن. لكن هل نفكر في الحواجز التي تضطر المرأة إلى تخطيها؟ و هل هي مضطرة إلى أن تكون في المكتب في دوام إضافي أو أن تسعد مديرها و تقدم له الشراب ؟ و هل من المفترض أن تنتقل المرأة من بيتها لأغراض العمل، أو قد يتم إخبارها من قبل أحد لتلتقي بذاك الشخص في مكان سري؟ هل نعتبر الممثلات و عارضات الأزياء نجمات أم أنهم مجرد دمى في أيدي مخرجيهم و منتجيهم؟

يعتبر قطاع الشركات أحد أكثر القطاعات فساداً، حيث يتوجب على الموظفين التنازل رغما عنهم ليتسلقوا السلم الوظيفي للنجاح. لقد تعرضت إحدى صديقات قريبتي إلى التحرش من قبل مديرها دون اتفاقهما لتمضية الليلة معه. يتم استغلال العارضات و الممثلات و الإناث في كل مكان، و شركة مظهر بانداركر أحد الأمثلة على هذا الاستغلال.

كل هذا يحدث في الخفاء لكن الجميع يعلمون بحصوله خلف الكاميرا، إلا أن الضوء القادم من الكاميرا يعمي العين بحيث لا يمكننا من رؤية الصورة التي يتم التقاطها.

Women and success: Exploitation comes in between

Women are being used in their race to climb up the ladder and more so, with the shiny but hollow structure of media. Everyone is aware of behind the scenes reality but lights shine so hard that it almost blurs the image of the one being captured!

Still exploited WOMEN TODAY are the striking power, a great contributor to many working sectors, ready to accept challenges, prepared to cross any limitations that might push her back to achieve her goals. But do we ever think of what all boundaries she is being forced to cross? Is she bound to sit in office as a part of overtime or to please her boss and offer him drinks accordingly? Is she supposed to move out of town for official purpose or she is told by somebody to meet that person in a secret place? Do actresses, models are rising stars or are they nothing more than just puppets in the hands of their directors and producers?

Corporate sector or should we call it one of the most corrupt sector, female employees are compelled to make non-willing compromises to climb the ladder of success .One of my cousin’s friend - employee of a famous private bank was constantly being harassed by her boss as she was not ready to give him late night company. Models, actors, females in this world are being exploited everywhere. Madhur Bhandarkar’s Fashion was just an apt example of a lot more that goes around.

All this is a hidden scene, exactly not hidden, everybody is aware of what is there behind the camera but it seems the lights coming from the camera shine so hard that it blurs the image of the one being captured!
